Hodgsons and Mortimer was established in 1995 and managed by brothers Nick and Richard Hodgson. In July 2012 husband and wife team Chris and Sarah Newton joined the business with the intention of developing it to run as a sister firm to their successful legal practice "Newtons" based in Harrogate, York, Knaresborough and Ripon.
The business has three aims; to have happy clients, a happy team and to make a reasonable profit. We are adamant that our clients will want to recommend us to others, such is their satisfaction with our service. We achieve this by employing talented lawyers and being totally committed and transparent with our clients.
