We have particularly extensive experience in the acquisition and development of residential housing developments.

In the property development sphere we work alongside our Clients and their appropriate experts on projects to acquire land, including negotiations to ensure it can be developed according to their wishes. After development we attend to the formalities of leasing or selling the property.

Agriculture

Our office locations enable us to use our considerable commercial experience for the benefit of our agricultural Clients. We can advise on the most tax efficient way of trading and where family farmers are concerned we liaise closely with our Wills, Probate and Trust Department to do everything possible to mitigate tax liability on succession to the farm by the next generation.
